Community Kirtan with the Omies at Black Point
Community Yoga with The OMies — Black Point, CT
Join us for an evening of community yoga and live kirtan at Black Point on July 2. We'll provide the soundtrack — gentle, repeating chants on harmonium, guitar, and voice — while you move, breathe, and settle in.
Kirtan is call-and-response chanting: no experience needed, no music to read, nothing to believe. Some folks flow through their practice, some simply sit and listen, and some sing along when the spirit moves them. However you arrive, there's room for you.
Bring a mat or a blanket, come as you are, and let the sound carry you. We'll close with Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu — may all beings everywhere be happy and free.
Free and open to all. All levels welcome.
